«1C-Rarus» automates «Amitiinvestment group»

The «1C-Rarus» company has automated the work of the information consulting company «Amiti investment group» using the «1C:Enteprise 8.1» platform. The project was undertaken using the following software: «1C-Rarus:Back office, v.5» and «1C-Rarus:Depository, v.2» which are supported by the «1C:Enterprise 8.1» platform. As a result a back office and a depository accounting system was developed, incorporating 10 work stations.

The «Amiti investment group» is a professional contributor of the stock exchange market. It has been working on the market since 1999. The company offers a wide spectrum of services ranging from classic broker services to emission of securities; from ordinary internet trading to automated marginal crediting and online analysis.

The quick growth of the company made it necessary to implement a new system that can process a huge amount of data and account for depository procedures in accordance with the existing Russian legislation.

After analysis of the Customers request the «1C:Enterprise 8.1» platform was chosen as the basis for implementing the system and also program products («1C-Rarus:Back office, v.5» and «1C-Rarus:Depository, v.2») developed by the «1C-Rarus» company (a company with 9 years of affluent experience of investment companies automation) where used.

Experts from «1C-Rarus» using the software mentioned above developed an outstanding system that automates internal accounting and depository activities. The configurations developed on the basis of the «1C:Enterprise 8.1» platform contain a broad scope of analytics intended for overall and full illustration purposes of stock operations, promissory bills, bonds, equities etc at the stock exchange markets.

During implementation the requirements of the following bodies where taken into consideration: federal financial market, participants association of stock exchange markets, professional associates registry and agents and depository transfer.

The project included the following aspects:

  • Isolated accounting of dealer and broker operations;
  • Accounting for trust management operations and commission on expenditures;
  • Prime cost evaluation of securities using the medium, LIFO, FIFO methods and evaluation of deals;
  • Automating the formation of deals on the base of broker's report;
  • Financial operations.

Apart from accounting registries and sub registries, the following reports were included to the system:

  • Customer's reports with the ability to send Emails;
  • Profit and loss;
  • Securities balance;
  • Securities flow by accounts;
  • Promissory bill registry;
  • Bill operations registry;
  • Quarterly reports in accordance with the existing legislation;
  • Standard accounting reports;

The system supports automatic verification of depository and back office data. Data can be entered into the system manually or by using export mechanisms from reports received by trade results with evaluations of depository collections. Quotations are automatically downloaded from text files offered by MICEX and other stock exchange markets in «.dbf» or «.xls» formats.
