1C:Business suite
This product solution was developed by the 1C:Rarus LLC company and can be used to automate trade activities of small and medium size companies (1-30). The most striking advantage of this software is its multilingual interface, including Russian, English and German.
1C:Business suite has been developed to simplify accounting of business transactions pertaining to Russian and International standards and recommendations. The software offers a highly flexible business process instrument with detailed documentation on procedures and their corresponding stages. The main component of 1C:Business suite include:

Sales Management;
Financial Accounting.
CRM
This module is composed of the following functions:
- Customer relationship management is equipped with easy to use and readily available customer database. It has a detailed description of customer characteristics including contacts, relationship dynamics;
- Management of contacts, history recording, customer requirements registry, online transfer of information between departments and contact planning. All this and many more functions makes this product the best for organizing information share, accelerated sales, identifying new revenue opportunities, and deliver more consistent customer service;
- Activity planning and control, time coordination, reminder systems and task manager;
- Supply chain management, including identification of a new supply point and allocation of a manager under a given chain of supply is easily done using 1C:Business suite.
- Planning of marketing promotions can be done by this module. Selecting consumer auditorium and management at contact personnel level, handling of interrelated tasks chain of a marketing promotion. The module has an instrument for depicting marketing promotion expenditure accounts. Existence of automated information correspondence system and automated identification of answers falling under a given promotion.
- Management of business processes pertaining to works with customers, development and maintaining of Customer relationship regulations and other standard customer related activity guidelines.
Purchasing management
Mainly deals with the management of purchasing process, and related aspects in an organization. Purchasing management is one of the most critical areas in the entire organization and needs intensive management.
Purchasing Process includes as usual 8 main stages as follows:
- Requisitioning
- Approving
- Studying Market
- Making Purchase Decision
- Placing Orders (automated placing of orders on the basis of the sales analysis report)
- Receipting Goods and Services Received
