To extend a number of workplaces, users can purchase a necessary number of extra licenses for the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform as well as a license to use 1C: Enterprise 8. The distribution package of the 1C: Enterprise 8. ITIL IT Management STANDART NRF includes 1C: Enterprise 8. ITIL IT Management STANDART, a set of documents and a license to use 1C: Enterprise 8.  ITIL IT Management STANDART at one workplace.

The distribution package includes the following documentation:

The main distribution package includes ITS disk and a special coupon for a free ITS subscription for 6 months. The cost of this support for the first 6 month is included in the package cost.

It means that in the following 6 months after the registration of the package the user will have a right to be consulted in terms of ITS by the developer as well as to upgrade their software and configurations without any additional costs. At the end of this term, the service and customer support is paid. The service support starts only after the free subscription to ITS and registration of the 1C software.
