Не прошивается CipherLab 8001L
 
Добрый день, коллеги
Не можем прошить ТСД CipherLab 8001L для работы с Альфа-Авто 5.
Делаем все по инструкции, но при попытке загрузить прошивку возникает ошибка Can't open the COM port.
Запущенных программ на момент прошивки нет.
 
Дмитрий Тарасов,а сам ТСД в это время включен? никакая его утилита не открыта?

ТСД стоит на подставке, включен, по инструкции в режиме Load Program, выбрана скорость порта и прочее.

Изменили на com2  - та же ошибка.
 
Дмитрий Тарасов, у нас нет прошивки для данного ТСД, мы гарантируем только модели 83ХХ
предполагаю, что проблема с прошивкой, т.е. что у нас нет прошивки для Вашей модели

Почему же нет?  И в инструкции есть прошивка 8000.shx  и файл такой имеется в LocalProtect
 
Такая же возникла проблема. Решилась сменой "Com type" с "RS232/IrDA" на "Serial IR", кабель USB to COM.

Прошили ТСД CipherLab 8001 прошивкой 8000v.3
Залили в него номенклатуру и возникло пару вопросов по работе с ним:
  • Первое меню у него называется "Сбор по факту", а второе "Сбор по заказу". При заходе в первое он запрашивает номер задания и создаёт его, что даёт возможность собирать товар по штрих-кодам. Заходим во второе "Сбор по заказу", он запрашивает номер задания и какой номер ему не вводишь, он пишет, что номер задания не найден. В чём смысл второго пункта меню?
  • При сканировании нового штрих-кода товара, он его сканирует, но не выгружает в комбинат питания->поступление товаров и услуг. Я так понимаю он сопоставляет при выгрузке штрих-код с теми штрих-кодами, которые имеются с системе и если такого нет, то он не добавляет его в акт. Тогда вопрос, зачем тогда сканировать новый товар и можно ли как-то заводить этот новый товар с помощью ТСД?
  • И ещё вопрос по "Сбор по факту". Он позволяет создавать несколько заданий под разными номерами и даёт возможность сканировать товар в разные задания. При выгрузке из ТСД он предлагает выбрать из какой таблицы(задания) загружать товар. НО хотя я и выбираю разные таблицы, он почему то загружает сразу весь товар из всех заданий. И нет получается возможности его разделить по разным поставщикам. Это логика работы или что неправильно с настройками?

Комбинат питания работает только с терминалами Cleverence и только в документах ЕГАИС. Вопросы касаемо работы с ТСД CipherLab 8001 Вам лучше адресовать  непосредственно производителю оборудования. Мы можем работать с марками в последнем открытом документе, все остальные - недоступны.

Но дело в том, что терминал прошивался вашей прошивкой "1 рарус", с вашего сайта.
Тем более в настройках ТСД Комбината Питания, есть данная модель:

В 1С-Рарус:Комбинат питания реализована работа с ТСД в двух вариантах:
1. с CipherLab 8001/8003 - для обычного товарного учета (добавляется как Торговое оборудование, работа ведется через пункты меню "Загрузить  из ТСД" в товарных документах). ТСД сканирует код EAN13 у товаров, накапливает в памяти массив товаров и потом передает этот список в товарный документ.
2. с ПП Клеверенс, в части работы с алкоголем
Хотелось бы всё таки иметь ясность в этом вопросе.

Николай, ввели Вас в заблуждение, CipherLab 8001/8003 действительно поддерживается в КП/УР. Ответ из раздела разработки:

1. Комбинат питания не поддерживает работу с прошивкой 8000v3.SHX (вернее тот функционал, который в ней реализован).
Необходимо использовать прошивку 8000.SHX. В ней есть режим сканирования штрих-кодов. Им нужно пользоваться,
предварительно выгрузив из КП в ТСД перечень товаров с ШК. (никаких дополнительных пунктов типа "Сбор по факту" и
"Сбор по заказу" в ней нет).

2. Процесс работы КП - ТСД следующий. В КП в справочник Товары в оборудовании необходимо подобрать поперечень
номенклатуры, с ранее заведенным ШК. Далее выгрузить в ТСД. С помощью ТСД, войдя в режим сканирования,
просканировать ШК. Далее эти данные могут быть загружены в различные виды документов (Поступление товаров,
Инвентаризация, Реализация и др), используя команду Заполнить из ТСД в форме документа. Если сканируемый ШК,
отсутствует в ТСД, можно настроить ТСД так, что сканировать он все равно будет, но перед загрузкой в КП, необходимо
назначить этот ШК на номенклатуру, чтобы она смогла загрузиться в табличную часть документа.

3. КП не поддерживает работу с разными заданиями. Поэтому в прошивке 8000.SHX такой функционал отсутствует.
